Amanda Lay

Gymnastics has been a part of my life from a very young age. I started gymnastics around the age of 3. I competed at the Optional level until injuries got the best of me. At the age of 16, I started coaching for Brown's Gymnastics. I graduated from UNLV in 2010 with a BA in Kinesiology. I have coached and run rec programs, coached all levels of compulsory, and currently run and coach all of the levels of the Brown's Xcel Team Program. I am also an optional rated USAG judge. Gymnastics has been and will always be a huge part of my life.
