Entry Deadlines & Policies
Paid entries will be accepted on a first come-first served basis. Please register early. Lady Luck will be full before the entry deadline.
Entry payment preferred on a single club check – ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER ENTRY DEADLINE.
Do not send payment for waitlisted athletes.
Special requests will be considered but not guaranteed.

Foreign Athletes, Coaches & Judges
Athletes, coaches, and judges residing outside the United States must submit the USA Gymnastics Foreign Athletes, Coaches & Judges application to participate. Download the form, fill it out completely, and email it to Paul McAloon at paul@brownslv.com. USAG requires applications at least 45 days before the meet; the fee is $60 (USD) per participant.
