Before your first class
A leotard or comfortable athletic clothes without buttons or zippers; boys can wear shorts and a t-shirt. Long hair should be tied back, and watches, rings, necklaces and large earrings left at home.
No. Children train barefoot on the gym floor, so socks, tights and footed leggings stay in the cubbies during class.
Cubbies are available for shoes, jackets, socks and other belongings, so your child can take part without distractions.
Yes. Siblings waiting in the front lobby need to stay supervised, and children shouldn’t wait or play in the Pro Shop.
From 18 months, in our parent-and-child Mini Stars class, up to 18 years, from preschool through competitive team.
