Xcel Team

Welcome to Brown's Xcel Team!

You are joining a family of Athletes who love gymnastics and also embrace an active lifestyle outside the gym! The structure they receive through Xcel competitive training and goal setting serves them well in all their athletic, academic and arts endeavors. 

Xcel teammates train 6-12 hours a week at the appropriate level for their skill set. They enjoy the freedom of innovative and individualized routines without the long hours of training required in the Compulsory and Optional JO Programs.

These Gymnasts are so focused and fun. Led by our Incredible Brown's Xcel Staff, it is a treat to watch them train, accomplish and compete.
