Welcome to Brown's Optional Teams

Brown's Optional Team Ladies are truly incredible! They're dedicated, they work hard, they like to win, they always exceed our expectations. Most importantly, they are always there for each other. Here at Brown's we support that ethic down to our very core.

Optional Team Members train a minimum of 20 hours a week in the gym. Mentally, they are preparing to attain their goals and dreams 24/7—they are excellent academic students and high achievers. Expect to see them succeed at whatever they put their mind to in life.
