Yoga Sculpt - A 60 minute class providing a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group with a strong emphasis on core power and stability.

Fitness Fusion - A blend of pilates, yoga, and cardio bootcamp! A low impact but high energy version on the bootcamp style.

Brown’s is Hosting the Nationally Prestigious Lady Luck Invitational Jan 17-19, 2014!
In 2013 over 2000 gymnasts from around the country, Canada, and Australia competed at the Lady Luck Invitational held at the South Point Casino. The competition took place Friday through Sunday, Jan 18th – 20th. On Saturday 3 full sessions of level 10′s hit the floor and the top 3 gymnasts qualified to the Nastia Liukin Cup! This meet was held at the DCU Center on March 1 in Worcester, Mass., the night before the 2013 American Cup, one of the world’s most prestigious international invitationals and an International Gymnastics Federation’s World Cup event.
Additionally, Andreea Raducan, Romania’s gymnastics star and role model launched her book at the meet!! “The Other Side of The Medal”- is the story of one of the most disputed controversies in gymnastics history.

Bigger, Better, Faster, Stronger: The New Gym is in Progress!
It’s time for us to expand and grow, so Brown’s is moving just 4 blocks down the road! Owner Dayna Waroe, Head Coach Terry Gray, and our amazing staff have built a program that our current walls can no longer contain. Coming soon we will have more space, more equipment, a new preschool area, new programs, and more! We are even adding dance and adult fitness classes!
