What to expect
A quick peek at their first class.
On their own from age 3
From 3, they try it solo, with a coach cheering them on.
All the equipment and our coaches
Beams, bars, a trampoline and obstacle courses, all sized for little ones.
Small classes
Small groups, so they make friends and get the coach’s full attention.
A fun class with no obligation

Balance
Walking the beam and holding still in fun shapes.

Swinging on the bars and climbing through obstacle courses.

Toddler & preschool questions
At 18 months, in a 45-minute class with a parent, built around stations and obstacle courses that develop coordination, balance and confidence.
Under 3, yes: you move through the stations with your child. From age 3, children try skills on their own with their coach.
Yes. At 3, kids take their first classes on their own, working on vault, bars, beam and floor with their coach.
A leotard or comfortable athletic clothes without buttons or zippers. Kids go barefoot, long hair is tied back, and jewelry stays at home or in the cubbies.
Yes. Your child’s first class is free, and we’ll help you choose the class that fits their age.
Usually this week, or next week at the latest. We’ll book your child into the next available class that fits their age.
Tuition depends on the class and how often your child comes. There’s nothing to pay for the free class, and we’ll go over the options when we call.
