Brown's Gymnastics

About Us:

Mission Statement & Philosophy - "To build self-confidence through fitness and fun"
about_us_photo

Gymnastics is the root of all sports. To teach the sport in a safe environment and to raise the child's level of self esteem.

Gymnastics, when taught properly, can be the vehicle with which to deliver life long knowledge of physical fitness. Jumping, running, rolling, strength, and flexibility are the basic aspects of many sports. No better foundation can be laid than one built on the basic attributes of gymnastics. Although our country has recently regressed in the area of thought, many of the world's most advanced nations still use gymnastics as the core of their physical fitness programs.

Brown's Gymnastics believes that children are the world's most precious gift. Our goal is to see that every child who participates in our program receives the same quality instruction regardless of their ability. Accomplishing this insures that each child will feel as special as they truly are. In all actuality, we at Brown's Gymnastics are not in the gymnastics business at all...we are in the FUN, PHYSICAL FITNESS, RECREATION, EXCITEMENT, and CHILD DEVELOPMENT business.

Our philosophy is a simple one at Brown's Gymnastics. We strive to ensure that each and every child in our program is made to feel special. We offer growth in the areas of strength, flexibility, peer integration, development of self-confidence, and overall well being in conjunction with gymnastics skill acquisition. Our goals are to offer every child the best professional instruction, in a well organized gym, with new state of the art equipment, and a fun-filled and controlled learning environment. We hope that your child's dreams come true here at Brown's Gymnastics.

We believe that gymnastics is a tool to help kids grow into happy, healthy, and responsible adults. We agree with psychologists who say that the basic attitude common to happy, health, responsible adults is a "true love of learning." We know that the best way to foster a love of learning is to help our young athletes associate learning and challenge with purpose and fun.
